We’ll See Them In Court

In mid-July, the judge in our case has ruled against our request for a preliminary injunction. That means the developers can now build at street level and demolish the south wing of Hebron unless the appeals court intervenes. Read our litigation update here.

If we are going to continue to fight this outrageous intrusion into our landmarked neighborhood, we need to fix that now.

We can only pursue that with your financial support. Now more than ever we need you to contribute to our campaign, and ask your friends and neighbors to do the same.

We can’t do this without you.
